These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the video courses, guides, and other digital content provided through Zhreyhub.net, operated by Asgeir Ramfjord / Ramfjord Web og Content, 937116667, Zhreyproductions.com.
By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing any Content on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform or purchase any access.

1. Nature of the Service – License, Not Ownership

You are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Content on the Platform during the applicable access period.
You do not purchase or acquire any ownership rights, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in the Content.

2. Types of Purchases
We offer two main purchase options:
2.1 One-time Purchase
A one-time payment grants you access to the specific Content for a defined period (e.g., lifetime access or a fixed number of months/years as specified at the time of purchase). Access may be subject to technical updates or platform availability.
2.2 Subscription (Recurring Access)
A subscription provides ongoing access to the Content (or selected parts) for as long as the subscription remains active and payments are made. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Pricing, billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.), and any trial periods are clearly stated before you complete the purchase.

3. Payment and Billing
All prices are stated inclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT/MVA) unless otherwise indicated.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider(s).
For subscriptions: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically for each renewal period.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access without refund for the current period.

4. Access and Use Restrictions
You may only access and view the Content through the official Platform interface (streaming or in-browser viewing as provided).
Strictly prohibited actions include (but are not limited to):
Downloading, copying, recording, or saving any part of the Content (except where we explicitly provide a download feature for offline viewing, and only within the limits we set).
Sharing your account login details with others.

Distributing, publishing, broadcasting, selling, renting, or otherwise making the Content available to any other person or entity.
Using the Content for any commercial purpose, public performance, or in any way that competes with the Platform.

Removing or altering any copyright notices or watermarks.
Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access, legal action, and liability for damages.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett) and Refunds
As a consumer in Norway/EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
Important exceptions for digital content:
For one-time purchases or immediate access to digital content: The right of withdrawal expires as soon as you begin accessing the Content, provided we have informed you of this consequence and you have expressly consented to the immediate supply before the withdrawal period ends.
For subscriptions: You may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for the current period already paid.
We process refunds in accordance with applicable law (Digitalytelsesloven / Angrerettloven). Contact us at Zhreyproductions.com if you wish to withdraw from a purchase where the right still applies.

6. Our Obligations and Content Quality
We strive to provide the Content as described and keep the Platform operational. However:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Content will meet your personal expectations beyond what is objectively reasonable.
We may update or modify the Content from time to time (e.g., adding new videos or correcting errors). Significant changes will be communicated where required by law.
Under Norwegian law (Digitalytelsesloven), the Content must conform to the agreement and be free from material defects.

7. Account Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
You breach these Terms (especially the use restrictions).
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Payment fails repeatedly.
You may cancel your subscription or request account deletion at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Content ends immediately, and no further fees will be charged (for subscriptions).

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific access in the last 12 months.
This does not limit our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or as otherwise required by mandatory Norwegian law.

9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., via email or on the Platform).

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. You may bring complaints to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable. If no amicable solution is reached, disputes shall be settled by the ordinary courts of Norway, with Oslo as the legal venue if permitted.
